Welcome to Anchored Together Aberdeenshire Family Support, where we create a safe space for families and friends navigating the complexities of addiction and compulsive behaviours. We believe in challenging stigma, fostering understanding, and building stronger connections within families, communities, and services across Aberdeenshire. Let us help you find your anchor.

How we help families find their anchor

We offer a compassionate and tailored approach, providing various pathways to support. Our focus is on understanding your unique journey and offering practical, empathetic solutions designed to empower and connect.

Peer support groups

Join our confidential peer support groups, a safe haven for sharing experiences, gaining insights, and finding solidarity with others who understand. Here, you'll discover a community built on empathy and mutual respect.

We meet every Thursday Evening at Westhill Community Church Old Skene Rd, Westhill AB32 6AQ from 7 to 8:30 pm.

One-to-one coaching

Reconnect with yourself through a free one-to-one coaching session to navigate challenges, build resilience, and foster personal growth in a supportive environment. Sometimes we simply need someone to walk beside us and listen.

One of our co-founders is a certified Clarity Practitioner currently offering a one off free connection call via zoom or in person and you are warmly welcome to reach out.

Challenging stigma & advocacy

Beyond direct support, we actively work to challenge the stigma associated with addiction and compulsive behaviours. Through education, awareness campaigns, and advocacy, we strive to build more compassionate and connected communities.
